about the producer
Taisetsu Coffee - located in Higashikawa at the foot of the Taisetsu Mountains - was started by British owner Carl Wilcox after he fell in love with the beauty of the area, and recognized the value of natural spring water locally-sourced and perfect for brewing coffee. He set about carefully selecting coffee beans from quality growers worldwide, and roasts them here in Hokkaido in small batches and with loving care . The photos printed onto the coffee packs are a wonderful local collaboration between Hokkaido photographers and Mr. Wilcox's famous coffee brand. Ingredients
