Organic buckwheat (soba) and unpolished brown rice - carefully chosen from the farms of Hokkaido - are brought together with two kinds of soba seed: high quality Tartary buckwheat (Dattan soba) high in the polyphenol rutin, and common buckwheat seeds, to create a rice supplement that turns an ordinary bowl of white rice into an immunity-boosting superfood.
